• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Please be considerate of other guests by keeping noise (including music, TV, and conversations) at a respectful level.
• Parties or gatherings that may disturb others are not permitted in guest rooms or common areas.

3. Room Use & Cleanliness
• Rooms and facilities are for registered guests only. Unregistered visitors must be approved by management.
• Please use furnishings, linens, and equipment with care. Damages or missing items may incur additional charges.
• Housekeeping maintains cleanliness; however, guests are expected to keep the room in good condition. Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee.
• Food waste should be disposed of properly to prevent pests and odors.

4. Guest Conduct
• We expect respectful behavior towards staff, other guests, and property at all times.
• Harassment, violence, or unlawful activity will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation; disruptive behavior will not be accepted.

5. Basic Responsibilities
• Please comply with check-in and check-out times. Late check-out may incur fees unless pre-arranged.
• Keys/cards must be returned upon departure; lost keys may be subject to replacement charges.
• Pets are only permitted if approved in advance (pet policies and fees may apply).
• Guests are responsible for personal belongings; Cheewa Kiri Mandarin is not liable for lost or stolen items unless deposited at reception.
